This precise and saturated eyeliner pen has a smooth application and delivers sharp, clean lines even for amateurs like me! This eyeliner is amazing! It does not smudge, it did not bleed or flake and it stay put together all day. It is very pigmented and has a semi mate finish. It is easy to work with and you can create lines according to your own preference.
Took my Halloween makeup over the top. After applying the colors I was sure it wasn't gonna be great....but started outlining with this amazing pen and BOOM....amazing makeup!! Let you look like ya know what you're doing....and I dont 😉🤣
I really enjoyed this eyeliner. It is very black and very easy to work with. It is very smooth, it glides across your eye with no skipping. It lasts all day & is water resistant. I will definitely repurchase.
