This has been my focus last two years as I’ve re-invented myself to align with the person I really wanted to become.

1. Write out the person you want to become (make it fun & exciting 🤩)
2. What daily habits does this newer version of YOU need to have?
3. Start simple & BE CONSISTENT
4. Course correct along the way (instead of beating yourself up with guilt and shame or even quitting😢)
5. Keep practicing and make it enjoyable (psychology hack)
Before you know it, your habits will start to change and so will the results in your life 😉😉🥰💪💃🏽
