Times of changes and chaos? Learn how to stay FOCUSED on your goals TODAY

Frustrated? The good thing is...

Once you know what you DON'T want in your life, it brings incredible clarity about what you DO want.

So, how do you get what you actually want when it seems like everything you don't want keeps happening?

Once you realize the connection between what you're thinking, feeling, speaking and what's manifesting in your life... you regain control over creating the life you actually want, instead of letting "life happen"to you. You're not a victim, regardless where you're from or what you've been through.

We still live in an abundant universe.

1. Choose to BE a person who thrives no matter what.

This paradigm shift will change your thoughts, emotions, and energy instantly and as you practice this new perspective, you will start to believe it more.

I chose to thrive as a single mom with 4 little kids after my husband died. I didn't know the "How", but as I stepped out in faith, things started to line up and they continue to.

2. Write out what do you want.

Be a kid again... dream BIG. Get excited about ANYTHING yo keep your eyes looking forward.

Don't let ANYONE put out your fire.

New body image vision? New thriving positive relationships?New skills you want to master?New daily routine that brings transformation in your life?

Make a vision board (I have two in my house). Journal it, but keep it fun and exciting because that'll keep you in a place of faith, rather than doubt - two totally different mindsets for manifesting what you want.

3. Take action

Are your actions in alignment with your goals or new vision of who you are becoming? If not yet, that's ok, don't beat yourself up.

Get a mentor or a read a book to help you with new strategies. You get "unstuck" when you stay in a state of thankfulness while keeping your eyes looking forward.
