Since your body is minimum 60% water....might be a good idea 💡to rehydrate a LOT throughout the day💧

Often, hunger pains are actually your brain saying it’s thirsty 🤯
Many different opinions on how much to drink and but one simple way to guesstimate....
Your body weight (lbs) x 2/3 = water amount in ounces 💧
Example: 135lbs x 2/3 = 90 ounces (2.6 L) minimum a day.
***Add about 12 ounces for every 30 mins activity you do that day.
I drink a full glass before my morning coffee... I have it in my vehicle, at my desk, in my gym bag, beside my bed... keep water in sight at all times and you’ll drink it 💪💧
It keeps skin plump & more youthful looking, joints lubricated, brain hydrated, detoxifies, boosts metabolism, and is needed by your hormones to work properly.
