I’m so done with dieting! Believe me, I know that feeling… I’ve tried so many traditional diets that are so restrictive, and you end up going back to your old eating habits and stressing out about not losing the desired amount of weight.
I find intermittent fasting to be way more effective and just easier to maintain. But you still got to keep it enjoyable for yourself.
Here’s an excellent tip on how to start your day without breaking your fast:
Every morning I make myself my favourite cup of coffee. I keep it black so I’m in a fat burning state. I just blend up some hazelnut vanilla coffee beans, add some cinnamon ‘cause it’s thermogenic and I also add some adaptogen and MCT Oil.
This simple but delicious beverage helps me complete my fasting window easily and is part of my mind and body transformation routine, along with my daily journaling.
