How YOU can start feeling better as you create your best life and the newest improved version of YOU...

Here’s how YOU can start feeling better as you create your best life and the newest improved version of YOU...

😫2 years ago, when my world came crashing down... I had to quickly learn how to MASTER my mind and emotions so I could show up consistently (and NOT hate my life)...

💔For my 4 little kids who just loss their dad...

💔So, I wouldn’t have to give up my company and go back into nursing (like so many people told me to do) ...

💔For myself, so I wouldn’t fall into a deep depression (which I had every “right” to do)...

Practice MASTERING your emotions (aka mood aka energy state💥) and you’ll be able to endure anddddd ENJOY the journey as YOU create your dream life, body, relationships, whatever🙌🏽💪🏽❤️💃🏽....

1. Pressure is a good thing BUT too much of it can overwhelm and paralyze you. Be kind and flexible with yourself.

2. Instead of being afraid of the unknown changes that will happen. Trust that the greatest opportunities for growth usually come through challenges. You’ll figure it out. Be resourceful....Think of life as a game💪🏽 it’s more fun that way 😉.

3. If you experience enough emotional or mental pain you’ll eventually just quit. Find ways to make whatever it is you’re doing more enjoyable to keep you energized and inspired.

4. Your emotions = energy in motion = your current energy state

💥Whatever you feel you get more of in life. You are a 🧲 magnet.

5. Psychologists call “flow” the state where you feel energized, you have momentum going in right direction, and you’re focused. Great things happen here for you.

🤩One key to staying in “flow” more often is by making what you do more enjoyable (or change it).

Biggest takeaway:

How can you make today and this week more enjoyable for yourself?

You. Got. This.
