I became a WAY happier, more energetic mom once I prioritized these:
1) Self-awareness
2) Structures
4 kids, business, social media, fitness, personal life, etc. can be VERY overwhelming if I let it.
I’m not a naturally “structured” person but structure provides you with healthy boundaries so YOU CAN do it all!
By practicing self-awareness & boundaries I can:
-Rest & refuel when I need to
-Have self-care time when I need to
-Have fun when I need to
-Ask for help or skill up when I need to
-Cry and let go when I need to
-Outsource, automate, or delegate when I need to
-Just be present when I need to
Being aware of what YOU need at the moment to support you (so you can support others) is how you do it. This doesn’t mean emotionally vomiting all over people BTW.
Go inward, process, take responsibility, and create structures & systems to better support yourself.
