How to Burn More Fat?

Many of you may be wondering: Is there a way to burn more fat?

The answer is yes! I’m going to share with you one of the best ways to achieve this.

One main key lies in increasing muscle in your body!

We’ve all heard a thousand times that doing tons of cardio is the best way to lose weight and burn those extra calories.

This is definitely effective to reduce body fat, BUT overdoing it may end up decreasing important muscle needed for healthy metabolism and to maintain shape.

Resistance training, on the other hand, is also effective for weight loss when combined with some cardio. Building muscle on your body helps burn more calories day and night.

But what does this mean? It means that while you’re exercising, your body pumps more oxygen, carbs and fat to your muscles to provide them with energy.

You may not be aware that when you’re finished with your workout, these muscles still need energy to restore, so you keep burning fat even though you don’t notice it!

Another benefit of resistance training is that it keeps your bones strong, prevents depression, and boosts your immune system.

Even though I gained 10 pounds of just muscle, it takes up less space than fat. So in the long run, don’t just look at the weight scale. Combining resistance training, some cardio, proper sleep, and incorporating thermogenic foods are the best way to burn fat naturally.
