Getting Out of Depression and Boosting Your Energy (by Mom x4 After Loss)

We all go through tough moments in our lives, when staying positive seems really impossible.

I could be super honest, and a lot of people might not like this, but the reason why I didn't fall into a great depression after my husband passed away was because of the story I told myself.

So many people stay stuck because of the story they keep telling themselves over and over again. Whether you tell yourself that you’re sad, happy, lonely or content, you’ll see that reflected in your real life.

Change the story of how you want to look, how you want to feel, how you want your life to be, and slowly change your daily habits to match that new story and your life will change.

I wrote out a new, exciting story of how I wanted to look and feel. I wanted to be a happy, energetic, loving mom for my kids!

I I did it, so can you. Just make sure to:

  1. Examine your thoughts and story you keep repeating to yourself

  2. Slowly change your daily actions to match this new story you want

  3. Be willing to get help and learn new ways
