4 Metabolism Boosting Coffee Ideas ☕

I’m 36 now and feeling amazing. No dieting! I only do Intermittent Fasting and have more thermogenic foods throughout the day.

Thermogenic ingredients means ingredients that they help support your metabolism so you burn more calories. Some examples are: black coffee, cinnamon, raw cocoa, almond milk (sugar free), Monk fruit or Stevia and Mia Adora Adaptogens drops.

So I start my day off with a coffee. There are a bunch of different ingredients you can mix & match while still keeping it dairy-free and sugar-free. It supports your hormones, tastes yummy and helps you feel full.

Here are some recipes you’ll definitely enjoy:

Mocha latte:
Coffee
Sprinkle cinnamon
Sprinkle raw cocoa
Dairy-free, sugar-free milk
Optional: Adaptogens


Frapuccino:
2 tsp coffee concentrate
Dairy-free milk
Sprinkle cinnamon
Ice
Optional: sweeten with Monk fruit or Stevia


Mocha Frapuccino:
2 tsp coffee concentrate
1 tsp raw cocoa powder
Dairy-free milk
Sprinkle cinnamon
Ice
Optional: sweeten with Monk fruit or Stevia


“Stay Full & Fasted” coffee:
Black coffee
½ tbs MCT oil
Cinnamon
Adaptogen drops
Optional: sugar free sweetener
